2006 Summer Rates
Rates are based on a family of 5 or less. There is a guest charge whenever the normal occupancy is exceeded. The guest charge is $25.00/night. A $100.00 deposit is required. Weekly stays are usually Saturday (3:00 pm check-in) to Saturday (10:00am check-out). Refund policy is located near the bottom of this page.

There is a guest charge whenever the normal occupancy is exceeded. That charge is $25.00/night or $150.00/week. For each child under 18, add $10.00/night or $60.00/week
If notice of cancelations are received at least 45 days prior to your reservation, 50% of the deposit fee will be refunded. Unfortunately no refunds are available less than 45 days prior to the reservation date.
