Reservation Request

• A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• Upon receipt of your deposit, I will promptly send written confirmation.
• The amount remaining will be due during your stay.
• Weekly stays are usually Saturday to Saturday with check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am.
• Both units are clean and comfortable and cleaning supplies are furnished.
• If notice of cancelations are received at least 45 days prior to your reservation, 50% of the deposit fee will be refunded. Unfortunately no refunds are available less than 45 days prior to the reservation date.
